The Association of International Agricultural Research Centers (AIARC) administers benefits on behalf of your Center. At AIARC, we are deeply committed to supporting you, your family, and the important work you do. As a new employee at one of our Member Centers, you may have access to a range of programs designed to help you care for your health, wealth, and wellbeing. This site contains the information, tools, and resources you need to get started and use AIARC benefits.
Enrollment
To make sure benefits are activated on time, complete all required AIARC Benefits Enrollment Forms and send signed copies to your Center’s Human Resources department. Your Center will let you know which forms you need to complete, based on your Employment Classification.
Note: If you did not receive the forms or do not know your Employment Classification, please contact the Human Resource department of your Center immediately.
