Leaving AIARC Benefits

The following is important information about your AIARC benefits when you terminate employment from your Center. The Human Resources department at your Center will provide AIARC with the details of your separation.

To help you navigate your next steps, we’ve outlined the forms you may need to complete as part of your separation from AIARC benefits. The forms listed under Forms to Complete are critical for a smooth transition and maintaining continuity, such as updating contact details, continuing medical coverage, or managing retirement accounts. Please review the list and submit any forms relevant to your situation as soon as possible.

Final Payroll

Depending on your Center’s policy, AIARC may process your final month’s salary including other payments (such as unused leave, vacation pay, etc.).

The member web portal account deactivates after three months from the month of your termination from the Center, and you will no longer have access to your online pay stubs. Please download copies of your paystubs for your records before your account is deactivated.
